Cafes or pubs which allow pets, has open mic, good alcohol shops, can't find these in Delhi's Dwarka

For my birthday I tried to figure out something special to do, so I asked around for two things, a cafe or pub or restaurant which allows pets and a cafe or pub or restaurant which has a stage with open mic. Both negative. Open mics have to be planned you have to contact somebody to buy a time slot. There are no place with a stage and open mic where you can walk in. The nearest Mall, nearest Hard Rock Cafe don't allow pets. Just shows we have such little public space for single individuals to socialize. People who don't hang out with friends or family but want to go out have a drink meet up new people have no space to go, more so if you are a woman. I also could not find a good alcohol shop with foreign brands found none. The super markets or hyper markets like Spar More don't keep alcohol. Private wine and beer shops have closed down. The Delhi govt alcohol shop didn't have foreign wine, brandy nothing.

This is not how a global city should be. Delhi sucks in these sense. It's very Desi. Bangalore, Mumbai Kolkata are all better at being global cities.
